課程大綱

本課程主要內容將會介紹: 1何謂半導體。 2半導體的特性。 3 半導體的取得來源與方法介紹。 4半導體材料的不同應用。 5 半導體的相關產業鏈介紹。 6 與半導體相關產業的工作介紹。 The main contents of this course will introduce: 1 What is named semiconductor. 2. Characteristics of semiconductors. 3. Introduction of methods to access semiconductors materials. 4. Different applications of semiconductor materials. 5. Introduction to the semiconductor industry and its supply chain. 6. Introduction to work content in semiconductor industry.

評量方式

16 Weeks + 2 Weeks 期中報告 (Mid-term report): (20%) 分組、分工規劃 (grouping, and division of labor planning)， 5人一組 (5 person/group) 自訂報告主題 (Self-selected report topics) 上台報告每組 5分鐘 @ 第03-04周 (5-minute presentation/group (20%) @ Week03-04) 期末報告 (Final oral presentation in the form of ppt): (50%) 簡報內容製作 (Preparation of presentation materials) -10% 1 人代表簡報，每組 20 分鐘 (Oral presentation/20 minutes per group, one person) 簡報需清楚看出每個人的分工項目 (Clearly show the division of labor for each person) 期末報告上傳 (Upload final report in the form of pdf):傳 (30%) 製作成書面報告形式，包含圖文編排 (Format as a written report with integrated text and graphics) 資料上傳 (File upload)
