課程大綱

本課程從企業主、CEO、CFO與董事會的決策視角出發，探討企業在當前市場環境下面臨的重要財務議題。課程內容涵蓋財務報表分析、企業評價、投資決策、企業重整與併購，以及家族企業傳承等主題，旨在協助參與者深入理解財務決策如何影響企業經營績效與企業價值，並提升其財務分析與策略決策能力。 This course approaches financial management from the decision-making perspectives of business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and boards of directors, focusing on the key financial issues firms face in today’s market environment. Topics include financial statement analysis, corporate valuation, investment decisions, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and family business succession. The course aims to help participants develop a deeper understanding of how financial decisions affect corporate performance and firm value, while strengthening their financial analysis and strategic decision-making skills.
