課程大綱

本課程的主要目標為讓學生對新創事業創業經營風險與資本市場有一定的瞭解，並培養學生具備創業風險管理的能力、節稅規劃的基本認知與股票上市櫃的概念。課程內容包括對於公司法、財務報表、稅務規劃、資本市場以及擔任公司董監事的法律責任風險等探討。 The objective of this course is to enable students to understand the risks of starting a business and of investing in the capital market. In addition, the course cultivates the ability to manage entrepreneurial risks, basic knowledge of tax planning, and the concept of stock listings among participants. The course content includes discussions on company law, financial statements, tax planning, capital markets, and the legal responsibilities and risks of serving as a company director or supervisor.
