課程大綱

本課程旨在探討人工智慧 (AI) 快速發展所帶來的複雜倫理、法律和社會挑戰。我們將從理解 AI 的基本概念與能力出發，剖析其在偏見與公平性、透明度與可解釋性、責任歸屬、隱私保護、自主性以及對勞動市場和社會結構的影響等方面的倫理困境。課程中將檢視現有法律框架（如侵權、智慧財產權、反歧視、數據保護）如何適用於AI，並重點分析全球範圍內新興的 AI 專門法規與治理策略。學生將學習批判性地評估AI的應用、風險與效益，並探討創新的倫理準則、法律規範和政策工具。本課程適合對AI 技術、倫理、法律、公共政策或社會影響有興趣的學生。 This course aims to explore the complex ethical, legal, and social challenges brought about by the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Starting from an understanding of the fundamental concepts and capabilities of AI, we will analyze ethical dilemmas related to bias and fairness, transparency and explainability, accountability, privacy protection, autonomy, and the impact on labor markets and social structures. The course will examine how existing legal frameworks—such as tort law, intellectual property rights, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection—apply to AI, with a focus on emerging AI-specific regulations and governance strategies worldwide. Students will learn to critically evaluate the applications, risks, and benefits of AI, and explore innovative ethical guidelines, legal norms, and policy tools. This course is suitable for students interested in AI technology, ethics, law, public policy, or social impact.
