課程大綱

二十一世紀的「腦力經濟」最重要的戲規則就是「智慧財產權」，同時也是WTO會員必須遵守的重要規範之一；為配合本校為頂尖科技大學，有強調技術發展之傳統，課程內容以與技術特性最為相關的「專利法」為主軸，並於相應主題帶入著作權、商標權及營業秘密等重要智慧財產之觀念，以建構出智慧財權產之整體知識。 One of the most important rules in the 21st-century "knowledge economy" is intellectual property rights, which is also a crucial requirement for WTO members to comply with. To align with our university's emphasis on technological development as a top-tier technology institution, the course content focuses on "Patent Law," which is highly relevant to technology. Additionally, concepts related to copyright, trademark rights, and trade secrets, which are significant aspects of intellectual property, will be integrated into relevant topics to construct a comprehensive understanding of intellectual property rights.
