課程大綱

本課程以理論與實務之教學方式，來向所有修課同學作刑法之概括介紹，其中包含刑法總則及刑法分則。再者，此一介紹包括下列四個重點：一、刑法之背景及理論；二、刑法之解釋；三、刑法於案例事實之適用；四、刑法與刑事訴訟法之結合。參與本課程乃理解刑法之關鍵一步，修課同學將受益匪淺。 This course tries to give students a general introduction to "Criminal Law", including "General Provisions" and "Specific Offenses" through teaching methods of theories and practices. Furthermore, the introduction contains the following four points: 1. Background and theories of Criminal Law. 2. Interpretation of Criminal Law. 3. Application of Criminal Law to the facts. 4. Combination of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law. Attending this course is the critical step to understanding Criminal Law, and it benefits students a lot.
