課程大綱

民主政治為法治政治，凡政府各項施政均需有法令依據。行政法，乃是國家各行政機關所適用之各種法令規章之總稱，其內容含蓋國家行政機關之組織、職權、作用、程序及爭訟等事項之法規，範圍至為廣泛，且與人民之權利、義務息息相關。本課程將以系統化、生動化，並輔以實例之方式講授，以啟發同學學習興趣。同學修習本課程，除可增進法治知能與素養外，並可對日常生活之權益維護有重大裨益。 Democracy is regarded as rule by law nowadays. All official policies that are implemented by government must be based on law. Administrative law is a general term of all kinds of regulations and laws that are suitable for administrative organizations. The content includes of administrative organization in this country. The course serves as extensive rules that are related to people is rights and obligations. The principle emphasis of the course is on the systematic instruction with specific examples enlighten students learning interest, furthermore not only promoting knowledge and professional training in law but also effective in daily life.
