課程大綱

全球化時代，無論是個人或是國家都無法自外於國際結構而不受其影響；因此，我們必須對國際現況有基本了解，對於國際結構發展趨勢應該有所掌握。課程規劃前五週著重建構國際大圖像與鋪墊國際關係理論基礎；六至十二週以議題型式為主，輔以當週或當月國際重要事件，帶入國際關係觀察角度；十三至十五週重點放在亞洲區域情勢、中美競爭的各面向，從雙邊關係、印太戰略到台灣議題皆包含在內。課程深入淺出，隨著各種議題擴展國際視野的同時客觀地建立國際關係系統性認知，培養同學獨立且多元思考，以及正確解讀資訊的能力。 In the era of globalization, neither individuals nor nations can remain outside the international structure without being influenced by it; Therefore, we must have a basic understanding of the current international situation and grasp the trends in global structural development. Five weeks before course planning, focus on reconstructing the international grand picture and laying the foundation for international relations theory; Weeks 6 to 12 focus on topics, supplemented by major international events of the week or month, bringing in perspectives on international relations; Weeks 13 to 15 focus on various aspects of the Asian region, China-U.S. competition, including bilateral relations, Indo-Pacific strategy, and Taiwan issues. The course is clear and accessible, broadening international perspectives as various topics expand while objectively establishing a systematic understanding of international relations, cultivating students' independent and diverse thinking as well as the ability to correctly interpret information.

評量方式

出席：10%、課堂討論：20%、期中考試：30%、期末考試：30%、彈性週評量10%。
