本課程介紹微生物細胞培養之技術與應用，課程內容涵蓋下列主題：(1)微生物細胞之結構與特性 (2)微生物的培養，包括各式生物反應器的介紹 (3)微生物的代謝 (4)微生物培養在工業上的應用 (5) 胺基酸與蛋白質(6) 酵素， 課程內容取材自教科書與期刊文獻
