課程大綱

This goal of this course is to provide fundamental concepts and advanced applications of fuzzy sets and algebraic operations, fuzzy reasoning, fuzzy logic controls and fuzzy system design so that students can apply them to their research in the competitive world. BTW, some AI, AIoT related topics and their applications will be also presented and discussed in this course.

week 1~2: Introduction week 3~4: Fuzzy sets, AI, AIoT systems, and their applications week 5~6: Fuzzy relations week 7: Membership functions, fuzzification and defuzzification week 8: Mid-term exam. week 9: Fuzzy logic and fuzzy systems week 10~12: Automated methods for fuzzy systems week 13: Fuzzy classification week 14~15: Fuzzy control systems week 16: Final exam. week 17: Free discussions on fuzzy control applications week 18: Training of Matlab fuzzy control toolbox

評量方式

1. Mid-term exam: 30% 2. Final exam: 30% 3. HWs+projects: 40%
