課程大綱

本課程包含「職業教育與訓練」及「生涯規劃」兩大主題。在「職業教育與訓練」部份，針對職業教育與訓練做整體性介紹，促使學生瞭解我國技職教育重要政策與特色、認識我國技職教育之設置群科、建立學生從事技職教育教學之基礎。在「生涯規劃」部份，針對除了加強學生自我覺察與職涯規劃，也增進學生未來任教時，協助自己的學生進行職涯探索與規劃的能力。 教育專業課程與教師專業素養指標，請參閱連結: https://tec.ntut.edu.tw/p/412-1022-10857.php?Lang=zh-tw This course involves "Vocational Education and Training" and "Career Planning" two main topics. The "Vocational Education and Training" topic offers an introduction about vocational education and training, such as (a) flexible adjustment the system of vocational education and training in Taiwan; (b) emphasizing vocation education and training system; (c) establish solid theoretical foundation of the vocational education and training. The "Career Planning" topic offers an introduction to the concept of career to not only enhance students' self-awareness and the skills of career planning, but also use those skills to assist their future students to prepare their career planning.
