課程大綱

本課程主要在介紹人力資源與組織管理的進階理論與實務，內容包括了(但不限於)人才任用、訓練與發展、績效評估、薪酬管理、組織設計、領導、工作激勵、以及工作團隊運作等等重要議題。課堂上並討論上述理論對於管理實務上的意涵。 This course introduces many advanced topics of human resource management, organization theory, and organization behavior. Topics include (but not limited to) staffing, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation, organization design, leadership, work motivation, workgroup functioning. Implications for managerial practice will be discussed in this class.
