課程大綱

本課程主要在介紹領導的藝術，以使學員瞭解中華傳統文化的觀點如何能增進組織治理的領導績效。課程主要涵蓋的內容包括：(1)領導的基本概念；(2)中華傳統文化的領導法則；(3)領導的案例研究；(4)領導的實踐。 This course introduces the art of leadership to the students helping them to understand how the concept of Chinese traditional culture can enhance the performance of leadership in organizational governance. Four major topics will be covered: (1) The basic concept of leadership; (2) the leadership principles of Chinese traditional culture; (3) case analysis of leadership; (4) leadership practices.
