Week 1: Introduction Week 2: Basic Concepts in RF Design and Wireless Standards Week 3: Challenge of Power Amplifier (PA) Week 4: Holiday Week 5: Power Amplifier Circuits for UEs Week 6: Transmitter (Tx) Week 7: GaN PAs for 5G BS Transmitter Systems Week 8: Holiday Week 9: Simulation Software Week 10: Holiday Week 11: Experiment: Load-Pull test theory and data processing Week 12: Experiment: GAN model design & training / data completing, performance analysis, & optimization Week 13: Experiment: PA output power sensing and impedance correction Week 14: Project I: PA circuit design and measurement Week 15-17: Project II: Oscillator theory, design, simulation, and implementation Week 18: Project II: Oscillator circuit measurement

評量方式

實作一 Project I : 50% (電路特性: 35% , 口試: 15%) 實作二 Project II : 50% (電路特性: 35% , 口試: 15%) 需自備至少Win10以上和16GB記憶體的筆電.
