課程大綱

介紹資料庫與資料庫管理之基本概念，熟悉基本指令及操作方法，使之能輕易建立資料表，並可對資料進行擷取、添加、刪除、修改、編輯、排序、建立索引及產生標準報表列印等。

第 1 週：Introduction to Database Management Systems 第 2-3週：Data Modeling with Entity-Relationship Model 第 4-5週：The Relational Model and Normalization 第 6-7 週： Transforming Data Models into Database Designs 第 8 週：期中考 第 9-10 週：Introduction to Structured Query Language 第 11-12週：SQL for Database Construction and Application Processing 第 13-14 週：Transaction Management 第 14-15 週：Datawarehousing and Analytical Databases 第 16 週：期末考
