課程大綱

公共藝術涉題人文、藝術、空間、社會、設計等領域，本課程藉由介紹台灣及世界各地之公共藝術發展，推廣公共藝術的整體概念，使學子了解公共藝術的重要性，也藉此培養學生的專業知能、人文素養及藝術鑑賞能力。 The public art involves the humanities, arts, spatial, social, and design fields, this course introduces the development of the public art in Taiwan and the world to promote the whole concept of public art, so that students can understand the importance of the public art, but also to take this training the student's professional knowledge, humanities, and arts appreciation.

基礎理論（第 1～6 週） 第 1 週：課程簡介、評分標準說明，環境美學（Environmental Aesthetics）基本概念與範疇界定。 第 2 週：美與感知：說明美感的定義與人類感知之間的關係。 第 3 週：公共藝術（Public Art）的定義與歷史演進：從紀念碑雕塑等設計到當代現代藝術設計。 第 4 週：永續環境美學核心：生態平衡與永續發展美學。 第 5 週：色彩與造型美學原理：色彩與造型在公共空間中的知覺地位與意象分析。 第 6 週：城市經營與管理：城市永續管理經營的方式。 案例解析（第 7～14週） 第 7 週：台灣經典公共藝術賞析（一）實地訪視。 第 8 週：台灣經典公共藝術賞析（二）實地訪視。 第 9 週：期中考（Mid-term Exam） 。 第 10 週：亞洲經典公共藝術賞析（一）。 第 11 週：亞洲經典公共藝術賞析（二）。 第 12 週：歐洲經典公共藝術賞析（ㄧ）。 第 13 週：歐洲經典公共藝術賞析（二）。 第 14 週：美洲經典公共藝術賞析。 實作演練與反思回饋（第 15～18 週） 第 15 週：期末專題提案實作（一）：分組發想，針對特定公共空間進行公共藝術提案與模型繪製（運用AI模型設計呈現）。 第 16 週：期末專題提案實作（二）：提案修正設計討論。 第 17 週自主學習：期末成果發表與學習反思回饋。 第 18 週自主學習：期末考週（Final Exam）：綜合課程總結與學習成效評量。 Basic Theory (Weeks 1-6) Week 1: Course Introduction, Grading Criteria, Basic Concepts and Scope Definition of Environmental Aesthetics. Week 2: Beauty and Perception: Explaining the relationship between the definition of aesthetics and human perception. Week 3: Definition and Historical Evolution of Public Art: From Monumental Sculptures to Contemporary Art Design. Week 4: Core of Sustainable Environmental Aesthetics: Ecological Balance and Sustainable Development Aesthetics. Week 5: Principles of Color and Form Aesthetics: The Perceptual Status and Imagery Analysis of Color and Form in Public Spaces. Week 6: Urban Management and Operation: Methods of Sustainable Urban Management and Operation. Case Studies (Weeks 7-14) Week 7: Appreciation of Classic Public Art in Taiwan (Part 1): Site Visit. Week 8: Appreciation of Classic Public Art in Taiwan (Part 2): Site Visit. Week 9: Mid-term Exam. Week 10: Appreciation of Classic Asian Public Art (Part 1). Week 11: Appreciation of Classic Asian Public Art (Part 2). Week 12: Appreciation of Classic European Public Art (Part 1). Week 13: Appreciation of Classic European Public Art (Part 2). Week 14: Appreciation of Classic American Public Art. Practical Exercises and Reflection Feedback (Weeks 15-18) Week 15: Final Project Proposal Practice (Part 1): Group brainstorming, creating public art proposals and model drawings for specific public spaces (using AI model design). Week 16: Final Project Proposal Practice (Part 2): Proposal revision and design discussion. Week 17: Independent Learning: Presentation of Final Results and Learning Reflection Feedback. Week 18: Independent Learning: Final Exam Week: Comprehensive Course Summary and Learning Effectiveness Assessment.
