課程大綱

本課程以心理學與社會科學為基礎，探討個體在社會脈絡中的認知、情緒與行為歷程，協助學生理解自我、他人及人際互動的心理機制。課程內容涵蓋自我概念、社會比較與自我價值、社會認同、情緒覺察與調節、認知偏誤、原生家庭與親密關係、社會規範、團體影響、網路與人機互動，以及健康態度、幸福感與心理健康支持等主題。 本課程旨在培養學生對日常生活經驗的心理學理解，提升自我覺察、人際理解、溝通能力與同理心，並引導學生建立正向的價值觀與健康的生活態度。教學方式採學生中心取向，透過講授、引導式提問、小組討論與經驗分享等方式，促進學生主動思考與實際應用，協助其將心理學知識運用於個人生活、人際關係與社會互動之中。 This course is grounded in psychology and the social sciences and focuses on understanding cognitive, emotional, and behavioral processes within social contexts. It aims to help students gain insight into the psychological mechanisms underlying self-concept, interpersonal relationships, and social interaction. Course topics include self-concept, social comparison and self-worth, social identity theory, emotional awareness and regulation, cognitive biases, family of origin and intimate relationships, social norms, group influence, online interpersonal interaction, human–AI communication, health attitudes and behaviors, well-being, and social support for mental health. The objectives of this course are to enhance students’ psychological understanding of everyday life experiences, foster self-awareness and interpersonal understanding, and develop communication skills and empathy. Students are also encouraged to cultivate positive values and healthy attitudes toward life and well-being. The course adopts a learner-centered approach, incorporating lectures, guided inquiry, small-group discussions, and experiential learning activities to promote active engagement, critical thinking, and the practical application of psychological knowledge in personal, interpersonal, and social contexts.

評量方式

1.出缺席：15% 2.平時成績 ：25% 3.期中考：25% 4.期末考：35% *出缺席說明：可以無條件缺席2次，2次以外則需向教師說明請假原因（病假、事假、生理假、心理調適假等）。課程第一週說明出缺席詳細規則。 *平時成績含上課參與討論與活動、完成指定作業等。
