課程大綱
本課程專注在培養高階經理人在全球組織的領導決策、組織變革、以及有效溝通與談判的關鍵議題。聚焦在不同時空的國際經營環境中，企業經營者如何因應政府的政策與財經情勢改變，能夠快速回應與彈性應變的領導思維與決策。透過本課程將能夠理解高階主管面對政經環境的調整能有效因應變化，並且提升領導與溝通的技能與創造市場優勢之創新能力。 This course focuses on developing senior executives to lead decision-making, organizational change, and key issues for effective communication and negotiation. By focusing on the international business environment of different time and space, how senior executives can respond quickly and flexibly to leadership thinking and decision-making in response to changes in government policies and financial situations. Through this course, students will be able to understand how senior executives can effectively respond to changes in the political and economic environment, and improve their leadership and communication skills and innovation capabilities to create market advantages.
課程進度
1. 領導力、變革推動與溝通管理的實務經驗與案例分享：以專題演講形式，透過實務經驗與案例分享，理解領導力如何在變革推動與溝通管理中發揮影響力。 2. 學生併購個案報告與討論：以學生併購個案報告與討論為主，練習從領導力、變革推動與溝通管理角度分析併購問題並提出策略。 3. (遠距) 併購的法律規畫：從併購的法律規畫切入，說明領導力如何在變革推動中處理制度整合、利害關係人與溝通管理議題。 4. (遠距) 併購的案例分享：透過併購案例分享，分析領導者在併購變革中的決策方式，以及跨組織溝通管理的成功與失敗關鍵。
