課程大綱

1. Compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerant control technology 2. Refrigeration system design 本課程將介紹冷凍工程以及其設計，內容涵蓋如下：冷凍壓縮循環原理，冷凍系統之設備，各種冷凍系統之設計、食品冷卻、冷凍負荷計算、冷媒管路之設計與計算、冷凍庫之設計。
