課程大綱

本課程教導學生對製造業與服務業進行精實化管理與數位轉型的策略與技巧，內容包含精實化企業中有效及具競爭力營運管理的要素，科技提昇與電子化管理對企業的衝擊，以及數位轉型的管理議題。 This course covers the strategies and techniques of digital transformation and the concepts of lean management in manufacturing and in service. Topics include how to develop competitive advantages and business models using lean concepts and to overcome issues during enterprise digital transformation.
