真空系統理論與實務

課程大綱

本課程針對目前通用之真空系統原理、設計及實務組裝等議題進行說明與分析。將先針對真空系統進行分類說明，並陳述真空系統實務組裝時所要考慮的事項，以及說明真空系統的抽氣概念與設計。真空腔體的設計原理將會詳細說明，並介紹中低真空、高真空及超高真空的系統設計。 This class explains and analyzes issues concerning the principle, design, and assembly of vacuum systems that are commonly used today. We will begin with the classification of the vacuum system, then goes into the cautions regarding the assembly of the vacuum systems, as well as the concept and design of the air extraction of the vacuum system. We will also discuss the design principles for the vacuum cavity, and the system design for medium-low, high, and super-high vacuum systems.
