本課程在透過研討，讓學生瞭解科技管理觀念和趨勢。主要包括以下課題：（1）創新與研發管理（2）科技政策（3）技術預測（4）技術策略管理（5）技術開發與移轉（6）技術規劃與評估。 The course teaches the student Technology Management concepts and trend . The topics will be covered: (1) innovation and R&D management; (2) technology policy; (3) technology forecasting ; (4) technology strategy management ; (5) technology development and transfer; (6) technology planning and measurement.
